Our strategy consulting services are designed for clients that seek the assistance of a dedicated project team. During these engagements, Viridis uses its structured methodology to develop and implement winning sustainability strategies. We have taken this a step farther for certain challenges that are pressing for all types of enterprises. For these key challenges we have distilled our knowledge into a set of solutions, which give clients a proven approach to addressing their needs.

In 2010, we launched our working group services. These year-long programs are structured for groups of 16-20 companies and are designed to help sustainability executives accelerate learning and maximize impact through a series of in-person meetings, webinars, and accelerator paths.

Benchmarking—against a set of environmental best practices and against competitors—is a vital tool to help organizations identify and gain perspective on the strengths and weaknesses of their sustainability program. We provide benchmarking services on either a standalone basis or as an integrated part of our client services. In addition, we make available an online version of the Viridis Environmental Scorecard™ for companies seeking to benchmark themselves. This tool is designed to help companies identify gaps and opportunities and refine their environmental strategies.
